My love for travel began in childhood, fueled by family road trips across Australia and hours spent immersing myself in encyclopedias, dreaming of far-off destinations. From an early age, I was captivated by the idea of exploring the world and helping others do the same. By Year 8, I knew I wanted a career in travel. Life, however, had its own plans, and I began my working journey with the Bank of New South Wales (now Westpac). But even as I built a career in banking, my dream of working in travel remained steadfast.

In 2019, I finally took the leap, earning my Cert III in Travel and diving into the world I’d always dreamed of. To further enhance my skills, I’ve completed comprehensive training in Amadeus, airfares, and ticketing, equipping me to handle even the most complex itineraries with ease and precision.

​

With over 40 years of customer service experience across banking, insurance, and retail, I bring a wealth of knowledge and a deep understanding of how to connect with people and deliver exceptional service. My dedication to my clients, combined with my passion for creating thoughtfully tailored itineraries, ensures every trip I plan is as unique as the person embarking on it.

While my own travels have taken me to beautiful destinations like Fiji, New Zealand, and various parts of Australia, I have a particular fondness for cruising, which I believe is one of the most relaxing and enjoyable ways to see the world. My personal travel experiences may be limited for now, but my enthusiasm for research, planning, and creating dream holidays knows no bounds.

Outside of my work, I’ve been happily married for 32 years and am a proud mother to two wonderful daughters. Our household is always lively, shared with two playful dogs, two curious rabbits, and one very independent cat.
